How it works?

It begins with a first step: Debt Settlement.

Debt Settlement, or debt negotiation, is a proven process of negotiating with your creditors to settle your debt at a substantially reduced amount. We offer you a very efficient approach in dealing with substantial amounts of outstanding unsecured debt through professional Debt Settlement with your creditors.

The next step is developing a monthly budget and settlement plan. This involves negotiating a payoff for each unsecured debt you have and then setting up a payoff plan to settle your debt in between 12 and 36 months.

Lexington Financial Solutions will work with you on a Debt Settlement program that can provide you an alternative to bankruptcy and the detrimental effects it can have on your credit rating (which in some cases can last as long as 10 years).

The final step? That involves you making reasonable monthly program payments until your debt is paid off and you are back to zero!

Still a little unclear on how it all works? Well, let’s say you have $20,000 in total unsecured credit card debt. A Certified Debt Arbitrator will contact each of your creditors to negotiate an agreed-upon cash settlement as you have funds available as set up at the beginning of the program. Since our company's inception, we have averaged settling our clients' debts for half of what they owe, with our fees included. Obviously, if you could pay $10,000 over a 12 to 36 month period to settle a $20,000 debt, it would be a no-brainer for most people.

This is what we do every day for our clients, so why not call today to see if you qualify for assistance?
